We like to become a part of the furniture – if your furniture was really clever and went home at the end of every day. We ask a million questions, explore heaps of weird left-turns and float dozens of ideas until we settle on whatever will get your message seen and heard in crowded and noisy markets.

It sounds like a bit of a cliché to say, ‘No two jobs are the same’, but there’s truth to it. We go in fresh to every project, get tactical when deadlines are tight, and dive even deeper when long-term projects are put in front of us. We want you to trust us to get it right, and sometimes that also means trusting us to wander into the edges of your brief and come back with something a bit left-of-centre. Structure and processes get stuff done, and bravery and flexibility make it fun.


The Body Shop – Hemp 2022

When The Body Shop’s global campaigns don’t line up with those of us in the upside down, we get the opportunity to create local campaigns that have fuelled year-on-year sales growth for the brand’s best-selling Hemp range.

Hemp works hard. It restructures the soil it grows in, creates a home for all kinds of wildlife, sucks CO2 out of the atmosphere, and is used for everything from skincare to concrete.

To celebrate this hardworking ingredient, we searched for hands that work even harder. Madison de Rozario is a Paralympian who’s hands have helped her win marathons, qualify for the Olympics, and helped give her the confidence to be a role model for athletes around the world.

Working with both the local and global brand teams to create an integrated campaign for all channels in Australia and New Zealand, our encyclopaedic knowledge of the brand made for an efficient process and effective work.
